Where can I find a product illustration not listed here?
The images listed are all we have available at this time. Continue to check our "What's New" category for NEW postings.

How do I save the image if I am using Internet Explorer?
Click the right mouse button on the image and chose "Save target as..", then select the directory in which you want to save the file, then select "save".

My Office 2000 software (MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.) will not let me insert (import) the illustration. How can I do this?
Update your Office filters. Data Support can help you with this. Or for a quick temporary fix: Rename your file from xxxx.gif to xxxx.bmp. Then use the insert command in your Office 2000 application.

I am using a MacIntosh computer and there is NO RIGHT CLICK. How do I save a lo-resolution image?
DOUBLE-CLICK on the image. This will open the image in your browser. Then use the "save" command.

Unfortunately, you may have to double-click on the link and open it first in your browser. These images will NOT render correctly in your browser. Don't worry! Just use your browser's "save" command to save it to your hard drive.

I opened a HI-RESOLUTION image in my browser but it appears to be corrupted. What's wrong?
Nothing. These images are EPS format and will not render properly. They are intended to be used in advanced graphics software. They will work just fine once downloaded.
