Google by mobile workers and its implications for businesses. The analyst warns of the hidden costs of such services, and advises that solutions based on VPNs
and IP communications provide similar benefits in supporting enterprise mobility but offer improved cost control and service integrity. Forrester also highlights
that acquisition costs are the biggest obstacle to European IP communications adoption and recommends that mobility costs are considered as part of the IP communications
